My name is Scott Rankin. I am a certified kinesiologist and strength & conditioning coach with a degree in Human Kinetics. I have been working with clients to feel, move and look better for 22+ years. I have been a lifelong health and fitness enthusiast which led me to pursue helping others achieve their goals in this realm. My time spent in this field has allowed me the opportunity to work with and help people with a variety of health and orthopaedic related issues and I look forward to using those experiences to help even more people achieve their health and fitness goals.
