I have been training with Scott for more than twenty years. My favourite part of the training process is how the sessions have evolved over time. I love the challenge of learning new exercises Scott introduces and seeing the progression in my ability and strength over time when performing them.If I have signed up for an event (say a bike ride or hiking trip), Scott adapts the sessions to focus on getting me prepared and more importantly, keeping me from injuring myself.

A good example is during a masters soccer event I was competing in in Italy, we had ten games over ten days, on hard turf fields, in 35/40C temperatures, brutal conditions for our team of masters athletes. Near the end of the event, one of my teammates asked me how come I was still able to play while most of the team were dealing with injuries or struggled to run/walk/recover, I just shrugged and said, “no idea,” but I knew the work I had put in with Scott before the event paid off and allowed me to not break down and keep playing.

I would absolutely recommend Scott to anyone looking for a personal trainer. Scott has always approached his training as his long-term profession and has continuously developed and refined his knowledge, and as a result, Scott is one of the best trainers in the city.
